Cardiac syndrome X

- triad of angina + positive (abnormal) cardiac stress test + normal coronary angiogram
- chest pain unpredictable and not relieved by GTN
- ECG: ST depression (not elevation)
- treatment : nitrates (isosorbide mononitrate), CCB (nifedipine, diltiazem)
