Sweet's syndrome

- a.k.a acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis
- presents with fever and acute tender red plaques on face, neck, back or arms
- 50% have hematological disorder and peripheral neutrophilia
- papillary dermal infiltrates of neutrophils
- treatment: corticosteroid
