Lofgren syndrome
- acute sarcoidosis with combination of
bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy, erythema nodosum, fever and arthralgia
- this form is usually self limiting with
excellent prognosis
- no steroid treatment is required
- associted with HLA-DQB1
